The Barn Collection brings together The Barn, Bluebell, Clover and Daisy at Standlow Farm, providing flexible accommodation for up to 19 guests.
It is a brilliant option for extended families, groups of friends and several households holidaying together. Everyone stays close by, but each property has its own bedrooms, bathrooms and living space, giving the group a useful balance between spending time together and having somewhere quieter to retreat to.
Set within eight acres of Derbyshire countryside near Ashbourne, the collection offers open space, lovely views and easy access to Carsington Water and the southern Peak District.

About The Barn Collection
The Barn Collection is made up of four neighbouring self-catering properties:
- The Barn, sleeping up to seven guests
- Bluebell Cottage, sleeping four
- Clover Cottage, sleeping four
- Daisy Cottage, sleeping four
The layout works particularly well for groups made up of different families, generations or couples. You can enjoy your holiday together while retaining the convenience and privacy of separate kitchens, living rooms and bathrooms.
The Barn is the largest property within the collection and provides the natural heart of the stay. The three cottages sit close by, so guests are never far apart while still having their own front door.
Kitchens and living spaces
Each of the four properties has its own kitchen, dining space and comfortable living area, giving guests plenty of flexibility throughout their stay.
The Barn has a bright and spacious open-plan living area, with large windows and far-reaching views across the surrounding countryside. It provides a welcoming central space for relaxing together, while the additional cottage living rooms offer quieter places for different households, children or anyone wanting a little time away from the main group. The dining area can seat all guests comfortably together.
Having four kitchens also makes mornings and mealtimes much easier for a larger group. Guests can prepare meals independently, share the catering between households or arrange outside catering for a special occasion.

The Barn is a spacious three-bedroom property with flexible sleeping arrangements.

Bluebell Cottage — sleeps four
Bluebell is a comfortable two-bedroom cottage, well suited to couples, families or guests joining a larger group stay.

- Quiet hours are from midnight to 8am

- Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement
- The lead guest must be aged 25 or over
- Electric vehicle charging is not permitted from the property’s domestic power supply
- The Barn Collection is self-catering, giving each household the flexibility to arrange meals and enjoy the stay at its own pace.

The Barn Collection can be booked alongside Highview Grange and Foxglove Cottage for larger group stays. Together, all six properties at Standlow Farm can accommodate up to 41 guests, while still allowing different families and households to have their own private accommodation..
