Highview Grange

Highview Grange is the largest individual property at Standlow Farm, sleeping up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms. It includes spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan dining space, a cinema room and countryside views, with an optional hot tub available for relaxed group stays. It works well for families, walking weekends, celebrations and groups who want to stay together under one roof.

Foxglove Cottage

Foxglove Cottage sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation at Standlow Farm. It has an open-plan living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for families or smaller groups to relax together. An optional hot tub is available, making it a good choice for relaxed countryside breaks, walking weekends and guests staying as part of a larger group booking.

The Barn

The Barn sleeps up to 7 guests and offers characterful self-catering accommodation at Standlow Farm. It has flexible sleeping space, a well-equipped kitchen and a large open-plan downstairs living and dining area, which also acts as the communal gathering space when booking the Barn Collection. An optional hot tub is available, making it a good choice for families, smaller groups or guests staying as part of a larger Standlow Farm booking.

Bluebell Cottage

Bluebell Cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation at Standlow Farm. With two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living and dining space, it is a practical choice for couples, smaller families or guests staying as part of a larger group booking. It works well for relaxed countryside breaks, walking weekends and short stays near Carsington Water.

Clover Cottage

Clover Cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and offers cosy self-catering accommodation at Standlow Farm. With two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living space, it is well suited to couples, smaller families or guests staying as part of a larger group booking. It is a practical base for relaxed countryside breaks, walking weekends and exploring Carsington Water and the surrounding Derbyshire countryside.

Daisy Cottage

Daisy Cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation at Standlow Farm. With two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living and dining space, it is a practical choice for couples, smaller families or guests staying as part of a larger group booking. One bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, making Daisy a useful option for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

Outdoor and Communal Facilities

Standlow Farm is designed for relaxed countryside stays, with outdoor space and shared facilities that help groups make the most of their time together.

Across the site, guests can enjoy countryside views, terraces, fire pits and open space, including a large football pitch behind the properties. There is also a shared games barn, giving groups somewhere to gather for snooker, darts and table tennis whatever the weather.

Selected properties also have hot tubs available as optional extras, adding to the easy weekend-away feel.

Planning a Group Stay at Standlow Farm

Standlow Farm is relaxed and flexible, and a little planning helps you make the most of the layout.

The layout works well for groups who want to gather together but not necessarily sleep under one roof. Some guests prefer Highview Grange as one large house, while others prefer the Barn Collection or exclusive use of the full site so that different households have their own space.

Booking Notes

• The Barn Collection, Highview Grange and Foxglove cottage are available to book up to two years in advance.
• Smaller Individual cottages are available to book up to four months in advance.
• Larger group bookings are prioritised for peak dates.
• Hot tubs are optional extras and only available with selected properties.
• Dogs are welcome, subject to a charge and house rules, but gardens are not fully enclosed.
• Standlow Farm is best suited to relaxed countryside stays rather than formal events.
• No EV charging is permitted on site.
