Set within eight acres of countryside near Ashbourne, the house offers a peaceful rural setting while remaining within easy reach of Carsington Water, Matlock, Bakewell and the wider Peak District.

About Highview Grange
Highview Grange is designed for groups who want space, comfort and the freedom to enjoy their stay at their own pace.
The house has a large living area where everyone can gather, together with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of dining space for shared meals. Its seven bedrooms can be arranged as either doubles or twins, making the layout particularly flexible for families, couples and mixed groups.
Three of the bedrooms have their own ensuite facilities, with additional bathrooms available for the remaining bedrooms.
Outside, guests can enjoy the countryside surrounding Standlow Farm, with plenty of space to sit out, relax and take in the views.
Kitchen and Living Spaces
Highview Grange has generous shared spaces that make it easy for the whole group to relax, dine and spend time together.
The well-equipped kitchen provides plenty of space for preparing meals, whether you plan to cook yourselves, order in or arrange a private chef. The adjoining dining area seats up to 20 guests, making it ideal for long family meals and celebrations.
The main living room has a large, comfortable seating area where everyone can gather. There is also a separate cinema room, giving guests an additional space for films, games or a quieter evening away from the main group.

- Electric vehicle charging is not permitted from the property’s domestic power supply
- Highview Grange is self-catering, so guests have the freedom to arrange their stay in the way that suits them
